Jeminee aim to deliver all items in the uk within 14 working days and all overseas items within 2 weeks, subject to availability of the jewellery. Due to the busy Christmas period we will not be able to guarantee delivery in time for christmas if orders are placed after the 12th December 2012. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has been approved. We will make every effort to deliver your goods on time but cannot be held responsible for failure to deliver within the stated time.
Products purchased from Jeminee are all carefully gift wrapped by hand in a signature Jeminee box or pouch bag.
Delivery within the UK costs £3.99 and the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service is used. Goods will need to be signed for on delivery, so please state a delivery address where someone will be present to sign for these.
Delivery within the EU costs £10.50 and is delivered by the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service. Delivery is normally within 4-6 working days and parcels need to be signed for. Please state a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery.
Delivery outside the EU costs £16.99 and is delivered by the Royal Mail 'International Signed For' service. Delivery is normally within 5-10 working days and parcels need to be signed for. Please state a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery.
Please note, duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
International Priority Delivery
Priority delivery for anywhere outside the UK, this service uses FedEx and costs £30. Delivery is normally between 1-4 working days. Parcels will need to be signed for. Please state a delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and an airway bill number. Your parcel can be tracked via the royal mail, fedex or ups websites, depending on your shipping method. For Royal Mail services you can enter your tracking number at www.royalmail.com (or by calling royal mail on 0845 6092609), for fedex deliveries please go to www.fedex.com and for UPS, please go to www.ups.com.
Returns & Exchanges
For items purchased online you are entitled to a full refund, with the exception of earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please contact Jeminee within 7 days of delivery if you wish to return the item. Jeminee are unable to accept returns on any item that has been worn.
Return the item immediately in it's Jeminee packaging. Please pack the item carefully. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.

Items being returned within the UK should be returned within 7 days of contacting Jeminee. International returns should be shipped within 7 days of notifying us.
Exchanges are possible, but only if the item is available, and will only be dispatched once the returned item has been received.
Jeminee does not accept responsibility for postage fees, nor for any items lost or stolen in transit. Any sales tax or duties payable on orders outside the EU will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
